Role Description: As a Maintenance Work Planner (Production & Technicians), you will plan schedules, coordinate with production, decide when maintenance can be carried out, and ensure all technical preparation is in place so work can start efficiently and safely. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the maintenance schedule for field technicians (preventive and corrective); Coordinate closely with production to determine suitable time windows for maintenance activities; Decide when maintenance work can be carried out without disrupting production priorities; Prepare and organise the necessary technical materials for scheduled maintenance; Arrange work permits and ensure required documentation is ready; Distribute maintenance tasks among technicians and keep relevant stakeholders updated. Requirements: Experience in planning work for maintenance activities (preferred); Able to step into the role quickly and work independently; Strong communication skills and a practical approach; Comfortable working in a production environment and handling changing priorities; Dutch is required; English is a valuable plus.
