Our client is a leading organization specializing in the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Operating within a highly regulated environment, they focus on delivering excellence in manufacturing and packaging through strict adherence to GMP standards and quality protocols. We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process operator to join the team in Breda. This role involves executing manual production and packaging activities within a controlled environment, ensuring consistent, accurate, and compliant operations in line with GMP standards. Responsibilities include carrying out manual production tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), performing packaging activities, conducting in-process quality checks, maintaining accurate and timely documentation including batch records and logs, identifying and reporting deviations or quality issues, setting up and closing down production lines, performing routine cleaning activities, executing repetitive manual tasks with precision, and collaborating effectively with team members. Requirements: minimum experience in a similar production or manufacturing role, fluent in English, comfortable working in a highly structured environment with strict adherence to procedures, willing to commute to Breda, open to working in a 2-shift OR 3-shift system, and able to perform repetitive manual tasks with concentration and accuracy.
