Omschrijving
A leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is looking for a Manufacturing Process Operator to operate and maintain production lines in Breda, Noord-Brabant. The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth production processes, and supporting continuous improvements in daily operations. Responsibilities include operating production lines according to established procedures and standard work instructions, collaborating with team members and line leads to achieve production goals, monitoring and adjusting processes to optimize efficiency and quality, reporting issues or deviations promptly to the Line Lead, taking ownership of assigned tasks including shift handovers and documentation, following all safety protocols and SOPs, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, completing required training, and supporting team efforts to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and delivery. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP/GDP environment; familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and production processes; good verbal, reading, and writing skills in English; MBO level 2 education or equivalent; well-developed communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities; proactive attitude and willingness to work in various shift patterns. This is a temporary position (employmentType: TEMPORARY) with a start date of 28 July 2026. The posting is valid through 3 October 2026. The contract is via SIRE Life Sciences.
