About the Role: As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing highly automated production lines within a GMP regulated manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets, product quality, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance are consistently achieved. This position combines technical troubleshooting, process optimization, documentation, and cross functional collaboration with Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Engineering, and Production teams.
Responsibilities: Operate and monitor automated production equipment following SOPs and GMP requirements; Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on equipment and processes; Adjust machine parameters and mechanical settings to optimize performance; Record and verify production data within SAP and MES systems; Analyze process performance and escalate deviations when necessary; Complete GMP documentation including batch records and production logs; Participate in triage meetings with QA, Maintenance and Engineering, and Production teams; Carry out equipment setup and shutdown activities; Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning procedures; Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities; Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure effective shift handovers and team communication; Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized working environment.
