Omschrijving
On behalf of a Tier 1 Mining Company, Brunel is recruiting a Material Logistics Officer - Consolidator, Mobile Maintenance to support Mobile Maintenance operations through the coordination of parts, components and planned work materials. This is a casual contract FIFO from Perth working an 8:6 roster, 12 hours per day based in the Pilbara. Responsibilities include monitoring the MLO Consolidator inbox, supporting weekly planned maintenance activities and 48-hour plans, coordinating parts availability, updating SAP with accurate stock and location information, escalating parts shortages, delays and risks, coordinating component movements and back freight requirements, processing return-to-stock transactions, supporting shutdown staging and parts consolidation, maintaining accurate paperwork and transport documentation, participating in planning meetings and stakeholder communications, completing detailed shift handovers and maintaining handover records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Essential skills and knowledge: previous experience in Mining, Mobile Maintenance, Materials Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, Planning support or a similar operational environment is desirable; previous SAP experience is essential accompanied with Microsoft Outlook; experience coordinating parts, components, staging areas, returns and back freight; strong organisational and prioritisation skills; high attention to detail and record accuracy; strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Forklift Ticket; C Class Driver's Licence; ability to work across workshop, warehouse, yard and staging environments; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; commitment to safe work practices and housekeeping standards.
