Eisen

Omschrijving
A leading international dairy manufacturing organization with a strong presence in consumer food production. The company operates large scale manufacturing facilities and focuses on operational excellence, supply chain optimization, sustainability, and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced Material Planner to support a busy production facility during a period of significant operational change. This six month interim assignment combines material planning responsibilities with project support across supplier transitions, production line changes, system improvements, and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the availability of packaging materials, ingredients, and chemicals required for uninterrupted production while supporting multiple critical projects within the business. Responsibilities include managing operational material planning for packaging materials, ingredients, and chemicals; creating and maintaining planning schedules across short, medium, and long term horizons; optimizing material availability while balancing demand forecasts, inventory levels, supplier constraints, and production requirements; monitoring stock levels and proactively mitigating supply risks; identifying and resolving planning bottlenecks; coordinating closely with suppliers, procurement, production, and supply chain teams; supporting supplier onboarding and transition activities; participating in production improvement and system implementation projects; contributing to new product introductions and operational change initiatives; driving continuous improvement of planning processes; and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
