A leading provider of industrial solutions, specializing in the assembly and manufacturing of modules and machinery for the food processing industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join the client's team. The role involves assembling mechanical modules and machines according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include assembling mechanical and mechatronic modules and machines based on detailed technical drawings, ensuring timely completion within standard lead times, operating industrial equipment safely, following checklists and disassembly procedures including testing and calibration, participating in process improvement discussions, identifying and communicating issues to the Team Leader, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include secondary education in a technical field, experience with mechanical/mechatronic assembly, ability to interpret technical drawings, good command of English and local language, experience in the food processing industry being advantageous, a team-oriented mindset, and punctuality and dependability. Start date 8 October 2026, location Boxmeer, sector Food.
