Business Analyst:

That is what you will use your talents for during a four months assignment as a Business Analyst at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will dive into complex business challenges and transform insights into solutions. You are comfortable with technology and have a passion for understanding functionality. You can translate strategic business objectives and requirements into concrete solutions. This can be for a wide range of topics, such as anti-money laundering modules, integrating an acquired portfolio, or making sustainability characteristics transparent in a dashboard.

You also have the following tasks:

- Elaborating functional requirements

- Translating functional business requirements into a design

- Design and execute testing approaches and create test case designs

- Continuously aligning with your team, architects and stakeholders within or outside the bank

You communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and you also have:

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in a complex Agile environment

- Strong analytical skills

- Experience with SQL (5-6 years)

- Good mastery of English, both oral and written.
