That is what you will use your talents for during a four-month assignment as a Business Analyst at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will dive into complex business challenges and transform insights into solutions. You are comfortable with technology and have a passion for understanding functionality.

You can translate strategic business objectives and requirements into concrete solutions. This can be for a wide range of topics, such as anti-money laundering modules, integrating an acquired portfolio, or making sustainability characteristics transparent in a dashboard. You will also have the following tasks: - Elaborating functional requirements - Translating functional business requirements into a design - Designing and executing testing approaches and creating test case designs - Continuously aligning with your team, architects and stakeholders within or outside the bank.
