Facilitate risk and opportunity management, proactively identify potential issues and support the team with timely mitigation or corrective actions. Facilitate schedule management, including the development, integration and maintenance of the program schedule and the monitoring of key milestones and dependencies.
Develop and manage clear, consistent program reporting for management and governance bodies, supporting transparent and fact-based decision-making. Ensure traceability between program objectives, approved baselines, progress, risks, changes and decisions. Coordinate PMO experts and activities, align priorities, monitor bottlenecks and promote constructive collaboration across the program team.

You are proactive and solution-oriented, remain effective under pressure and are comfortable addressing complex challenges. You communicate clearly and convincingly, both orally and in writing, and can translate complex information into concise management insights. You are a collaborative team player who motivates others and creates impact through a positive, constructive and connecting approach. You are fluent in English and Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of French/Dutch.
