Omschrijving
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is looking for a .NET Analyst Developer to bridge the gap between architecture and implementation. The role focuses on translating complex domain models into actionable technical specifications while delivering high-quality code within a Domain-Driven Design framework. Responsibilities include translating high-level architecture and domain models into detailed analysis documents, user stories, and technical specifications; applying Domain-Driven Design principles to define bounded contexts, aggregate roots, entities, and repositories; collaborating with legacy system experts to identify refactoring requirements and support seamless system integration; designing and implementing modern .NET components and APIs aligned with predefined architectural contracts; supporting the adoption of domain-driven thinking within the team through technical analysis and coaching; and delivering end-to-end features including integration testing and deployment while maintaining high code quality standards. Requirements include 3+ years of backend development experience with .NET, 3+ years of experience in technical analysis and translating architecture into actionable technical requirements, practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), experience in API implementation and basic knowledge of Event-driven architectures, a proactive mindset regarding legacy system integration and COBOL impact analysis, being communicative, coaching-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity, and fluency in English. Nice to have: experience working within Scrum or Agile environments, previous exposure to large-scale complex .NET projects, knowledge of AI-augmented delivery tools, experience coaching teams on DDD methodologies, and fluency in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other. Offer: start date ASAP, duration 12 months, full-time, location Brussels, working model hybrid (2 days onsite per week), contract open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
