.NET Developer – .NET Core & Azure

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a developer to design and build high-quality software solutions within the transport management domain. The project focuses on translating complex business ideas into effective, reliable applications through technical expertise and collaboration.

Responsibilities: Design and build high-quality software solutions within the transport management domain. Collaborate closely with solution designers to translate business ideas into effective applications. Develop secure and performant .NET Core Web APIs. Implement clean, maintainable code using SOLID principles and Clean Architecture. Maintain robust Azure DevOps pipelines and manage containerized deployments. Integrate backend APIs and ensure reliable data synchronization.

Requirements: You have 5+ years of backend development with .NET, LINQ, async/await, and design patterns. You possess 3+ years of experience with .NET Core Web API design and development. You bring 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud services, PaaS, and event-driven patterns. You have proven experience in unit testing and test quality automation. You're experienced with Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles. You possess knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Docker.

You bring experience with SQL and relational database design. You have experience with Git and professional branching strategies. You're proactive, solution-oriented, and able to explain technical choices clearly. You are fluent in English with a C2 level of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves: Experience with Android applications handling offline usage and synchronization. Knowledge of recovery and conflict handling when connectivity is restored.

Offer: Start date: 01/02/2027.

Duration: until 31/01/2029.

Work regime: Full-time.

Location: Brussels.

Working model: Hybrid (up to 5 days per week onsite).

Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
