Omschrijving
Brunel is looking for an Offshore Planner to support offshore operations in Guyana. This opportunity is for a 4-6 month's contract to work offshore in Guyana. The role involves developing, maintaining and monitoring short-, medium- and long-term offshore maintenance plans and schedules; coordinating and prioritizing planned maintenance activities based on operational requirements, equipment criticality and available resources; preparing and maintaining detailed weekly and daily work schedules; monitoring maintenance backlog and identifying delays; coordinating work planning with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE and other relevant offshore departments; ensuring required manpower, materials, tools, equipment and services are available before work execution; monitoring progress of planned activities; supporting preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities; ensuring integration with production and operational constraints; following up on work orders and maintenance notifications within the relevant CMMS; providing regular reports to offshore and onshore management; identifying improvement opportunities; supporting shutdown, turnaround and campaign planning; ensuring compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements and regulations; and maintaining accurate records of planning data and performance indicators. Essential skills and knowledge include a Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Operations or a related field; previous experience as an Offshore Planner, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler or similar; experience in offshore oil & gas operations, preferably FPSO environments; strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes; experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo or similar; experience managing maintenance backlogs, work orders and resource requirements; good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes; ability to work with multidisciplinary offshore teams; strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication skills; and fluent English. The position is a temporary contract of 4-6 months, located in Georgetown, Guyana, with an application closing date of September 30, 2026.
