Plant Controller & Business Partner Operations. As a Finance Business Partner, do you want to have a direct influence on the performance of one of FrieslandCampina's largest production facilities? In Borculo, you will have the opportunity to translate financial insights into concrete improvements in a factory that produces high-quality ingredients for baby, sports (e.g. protein bars) and medical nutrition that are used worldwide. As a Plant Controller Ingredients, you will contribute to the financial performance of the Ingredients factory in Borculo.

You will work closely with your Finance colleagues, Operations, and management and play an important role in both operational direction and improvement initiatives. What will you do?

As a Plant Controller: Be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis of the Ingredients factory; Advise local management as a financial business partner; Validate your business cases and savings projects within the Performance Plus program; You will make an active contribution to the SAP S/4HANA transition; Support cost calculations and decision-making around new products; Translate your information needs into insightful reports in SAP and Power BI; You contribute to financial compliance and a strong internal control environment.

You will be part of the Ingredients Supply Chain Finance Team, reporting to the Manager Controlling of the location and working together with a fellow Plant Controller. In addition, you will have a lot of contact with colleagues within Operations, Finance, the head office and the Financial Shared Service Center in Budapest. What do you bring? You are analytically strong, enterprising and know how to convert financial insights into actions. You can easily switch with different stakeholders and feel at home in a dynamic production environment.

In addition, you have: A university degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration; Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance or business control; Knowledge of financial reporting and performance management; Good command of Dutch and English; Experience with SAP, Excel and preferably Power BI; Affinity with digitization, data and new technologies such as Microsoft Copilot. Experience within a production environment is an advantage.

Position is for 38 hours, less (32) negotiable in consultation but not desirable because of the workload.

Working from home is 1 day a week, this is because of the support in the factory. It is important that you are present for the month-end closing. These are the first few days of the month. We are not looking for a junior for this vacancy. Someone with a number of years of relevant work experience. SAP and Excel are required, Power BI is a strong advantage. Affinity with Co-polit is a nice to have. The team is still very much looking for how they can apply Co-pilot in their daily work.

Experience with business cases for improvement projects or savings projects is important. Let this also be clearly reflected on the CV. Affinity with SAP and new systems. The team is looking for a good communicator, someone who visits people. A candidate who has experience in a production environment, has a feeling for a factory. It's not a typical office role. Good command of Dutch and English – working language in the factory in Dutch. There will be 2 interviews, the first online and the second will be on location.
