Operational Excellence & RCPS Consultant

Randstad, as the EMEA Johnson & Johnson talent acquisition partner, is responsible for finding and contracting talent for the contingent roles at Johnson & Johnson. Johnson & Johnson is seeking two high-calibre consultants to foster a culture of deep technical rigor and objective problem-solving across their Sterile and Packaging departments.

In this role, you will act as a critical catalyst for continuous improvement, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and shop-floor reality. You will provide dedicated consultancy support to cross-functional teams, focusing on the moderation and coaching of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex problems. Responsibilities include moderating cross-functional teams during NC/CAPA discussions and supporting the RCPS phase, objectively challenging and coaching complex CAPAs to ensure technical depth, developing RCPS skills 'on the job' for internal team members, visiting the problem area on the shop floor, regular participation in relevant tier meetings, and collaborating across departments including Operations, MSAT, GET, and QA.

You are a seasoned expert in Operational Excellence who thrives on coaching others.

You will also bring: Lean Green Belt or Black Belt Certification, Certified expertise in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS), proven experience in moderating and coaching complex problem-solving sessions, strong communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English, a 'hands-on' mentality, and previous experience within a regulated environment (preferred). The role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run until 30th June 2027.
