A leading organization dedicated to advancing production processes in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator at the Foundation level to join a dynamic team in Haarlem, Noord-Holland. The role involves supporting the production process by following established procedures, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include carrying out assigned production tasks in line with approved procedures, safety protocols, and quality requirements; preparing materials, workspaces, and equipment as instructed; operating production equipment following training and instructions; documenting activities accurately and promptly, adhering to GMP principles; identifying deviations, abnormalities, or safety concerns and escalating them according to company guidelines; collaborating effectively with team members and following communication and handover procedures; and participating in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop technical and operational skills. Requirements include MBO level education, preferably in a technical, production, or life sciences field; fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; ability to work in a structured, regulated production environment; attention to detail and a precise working approach.
