Oracle ERP Consultant/Specialist

Responsibilities: - Liaising with customers and colleagues for consultation, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle SCM solutions - Assisting customers with analyzing, designing, testing, and deploying Oracle SCM enhancements, reports, and application updates - Requirements elicitation, specification & fit-gap analysis - Business process modelling and specification - Functional design specification for customizations and enhancements, including interfaces and reports - Data conversion design, security design and build - Test planning, preparation, execution, and defect management, including issue and risk management - Quality management: reviewing key deliverables and ensuring adherence to scope, standards, and procedures Requirements: - Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of gap analysis, ERP, and test scripts - Understanding of business requirements and business processes, with willingness to learn and grow - Strong experience in MS Excel - Ability to multitask with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently
