Eisen

Omschrijving
The client is a well-established food production company that manufactures and packs high-quality frozen products. The site operates with strict hygiene and food safety standards and runs a structured shift system. We are looking for a Packaging Line Operator (3-Shift) to support daily packaging operations in a fast-paced production environment. The operator will set up, operate, change over, and monitor packaging lines and related equipment (including carton forming and palletising), keep product flow running smoothly, perform quality and safety checks, resolve minor technical issues, coordinate work with packing colleagues, ensure products are packed according to the production plan, maintain cleanliness and order, and participate in shift handovers. Requirements include LBO/MBO level, at least 2 years of relevant production or packaging experience, knowledge of HACCP and food safety (including allergens), familiarity with safety instructions, comfort with a 3-shift rotation, a practical hands-on mindset with troubleshooting ability, and team coordination skills. The role is based on-site and operates in a 3-shift schedule (morning/afternoon/night).
