Omschrijving
On behalf of our client, a High Profile Service Provider to the Oil & Gas industry sector, Brunel is presently recruiting a People & Culture Manager to join their Darwin Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager - People & Culture, you will partner with Offshore and Onshore Leaders to support Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment and People & Culture initiatives.
Responsibilities: Partner with Leaders to deliver people solutions aligned with operational priorities; manage complex employee and industrial relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and Speak-Up cases; provide advice on Australian employment law compliance and people-related risk; build and maintain relationships with unions and employee representatives; lead and develop the local People & Culture Team; support recruitment, talent management, succession planning and remuneration review activities; manage mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore and international personnel; develop and maintain local People & Culture policies aligned with global frameworks and Australian Employment Law; deliver People & Culture reporting, KPIs, dashboards and workforce insights.
Essential skills and knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration OR a related discipline is preferred; experience in an operational or offshore environment; experience managing complex employee relations matters through to resolution; experience working with unionised workforces and collective agreements; strong leadership and team development capability; ability to partner with Operational Managers on workforce matters; high level of integrity, professionalism and discretion; strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
