Eisen
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to consolidate and standardise results across multiple entities and produce clear operational and management reports.
- Exceptionally, candidates without a university degree may qualify through demonstrated abilities or relevant experience of interest to NCIA, with at least 10 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the Statement of Work

- Ability to design realistic phishing scenarios and templates, with strong attention to detail in campaign configuration, testing and validation.
- Experience managing or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns and using phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
- Strong understanding of phishing and social engineering techniques, email technologies and relevant security controls.
Wensen
- Experience with procurement, contract management or software licensing.
- Experience delivering phishing simulations, security awareness and human-risk management programmes across large, federated, multinational or multi-entity organisations.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications or professional qualifications.
- Experience with automation, scripting, APIs or platform integrations.
- Understanding of privacy, data protection and employee-related considerations in security awareness programmes.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence, current phishing trends, mail security gateways and related email security environments.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and security awareness metrics using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.

De Phishing Campaign Specialist bij NCIM (Mons, Belgium) coördineert phishing simulatiecampagnes.
Taken zijn onder meer: het coördineren van phishing simulatiecampagnes over meerdere entiteiten; plannen en uitvoeren van campagnes; configureren, testen en valideren van simulaties; beheren van een bibliotheek van phishing templates; monitoren van trends; beheren van platforms; coördineren met leveranciers; monitoren van licenties; produceren van rapporten; ontwikkelen van aanbevelingen; onderhouden van documentatie; naleven van beleid; verbeteren van effectiviteit; coördineren met stakeholders; ondersteunen van dashboards en KPI's.
Vereisten (essentieel): ervaring met phishing simulatiecampagnes en platforms; sterke kennis van phishing en social engineering; vaardigheid in het ontwerpen van scenario's; analytische vaardigheden; stakeholder management; organisatorische vaardigheden; uitstekende Engelse communicatie; zelfstandig werken.
Gewenst: ervaring met grote organisaties; kennis van threat intelligence; dashboards met Excel/Power BI; automatisering; privacy; procurement; relevante certificeringen.
Opleiding: minimaal Bachelor plus 3 jaar ervaring, of uitzonderlijk 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
