PMO COO Change

Project Management Officer COO Change. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, you help strategic change programmes within the COO domain to be delivered in a structured, efficient and controlled way. As Project Management Officer, you know the secrets of effective planning, clear reporting and reliable programme coordination. Within COO Change, you support complex, cross-functional and organisation-wide change initiatives. You create structure, ensure alignment and help project and programme managers access the right information at the right time.

In doing so, you work closely with senior stakeholders in an evolving organisational and regulatory environment.

Examples of your work: you prepare periodic progress reports and ensure that results, risks, bottlenecks and next steps are clearly visible; you monitor collective actions and support project and programme managers in delivering controlled execution; you coordinate reporting for programme management and management committees within the COO domain.

Facts & figures: 36 hours per week; you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within financial services; more than 48,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide. Top 3 responsibilities: facilitate programme communication, planning and reporting, ensuring consistent and timely progress information; coordinate periodic progress updates and management reports for project managers, programme managers and management committees; monitor collective tasks and action points while proactively supporting the programme manager in steering the programme.

In addition, you maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You are a trusted partner for project and programme managers and contribute to consistent ways of working across the COO domain. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work: as one focused, analytical and results-driven team within Rabobank. As part of the COO Chief of Staff organisation, the team supports the wider COO domain in delivering change in a consistent and controlled manner.

You & your talent: Must have: at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within financial services; a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; experience supporting project management and setting up project or programme reporting; excellent communication and planning skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written; experience managing internal and external stakeholders at senior management level; strong ownership, execution power and the ability to bring structure and switch quickly when needed, combined with a positive, energetic and eager-to-learn mindset.
