Omschrijving

As Power Platform Engineer you join the BPM & AI team and help design, build and industrialize AI-enabled business solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a configuration role. You build production-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot Studio, and you make them work reliably inside a complex enterprise landscape. You engineer Copilot Studio agents end to end, from topics and actions to tools, connectors and orchestration, and you integrate them with APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

Alongside that you build the reusable components, connectors and automation patterns that allow the wider organization to scale its use of the platform. You work closely with business architects, solution architects, process analysts and AI engineers, translating business and process requirements into scalable technical solutions. You own your work across development, test and production environments, and you make sure everything you deliver meets enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.

Responsibilities include designing and building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio; engineering Copilot Studio agents; integrating agents and applications with enterprise systems through APIs and custom connectors; connecting solutions to Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Azure services and other enterprise platforms; building reusable components, connectors and automation patterns; implementing authentication, authorization, security and environment configuration; setting up and supporting ALM across environments; supporting testing, deployment and monitoring; translating business and process requirements; working closely with architects and analysts; troubleshooting complex integration, automation and agent behaviour issues; ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards; debugging and improving agent behaviour; and contributing to engineering standards.

Must-haves include strong hands-on engineering experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, demonstrable production-grade solutions, in-depth experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, solid experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, experience with APIs and custom connectors, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and Azure integration, authentication and security configuration, ALM and deployment, and strong English. Nice-to-haves include experience in large complex enterprises, enterprise software engineering practices, working with AI engineers, business process management, enterprise architecture, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
