Pricing Specialist

Role Description: We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to support the Netherlands business by ensuring customer agreements, pricing, claims, and invoices are accurately processed and reflected in financial results. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and remote teams while driving process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer pricing agreements, claims, and invoices. - Ensure accurate reflection of agreements in the P&L. - Support Sales and Finance with financial risks, opportunities, and customer commitments. - Ensure compliance with pricing, audit, and control requirements. - Coordinate with outsourced and remote teams. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Provide accurate updates on customer payment positions.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Finance, Sales, Commercial Support, Pricing, or Customer Operations. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. - Good Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work with deadlines, cross-functional teams, and independently. - Proactive, accountable, and improvement-focused mindset.
