Process Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Process Improvement Engineer to join our client's team. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing processes by introducing new processes and transferring products smoothly across different stages. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Inclusion principles to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement new processes or products, ensuring effective transfer and integration. Lead or participate in cross-functional investigations into production issues, identifying root causes and developing corrective and preventive actions. Analyse and prioritize opportunities for improving technical or business processes. Initiate and manage process improvement projects to optimize systems, workflows, and behaviors. Use data-driven approaches to support decision-making and improve operations.

Apply Lean Six Sigma and Change Management tools to lead projects, facilitate Kaizen events, and coach team members and sponsors. Work with moderate supervision, demonstrating technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: Experience with process development and transfer in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Proven ability to lead process improvement projects. Good understanding of Change Management principles. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
