Job Description: Lead end-to-end procurement activities across business operations and market operations categories. Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to identify qualified vendors, industry trends, and cost optimization opportunities. Manage sourcing processes, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support long-term business objectives.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and commodity plans to drive operational efficiency and procurement performance. Take ownership of procurement KPIs, spend management, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives within the assigned category. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support business needs. Lead supplier onboarding, assessments, performance evaluations, and strategic supplier development activities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other purchasing organizations to align procurement strategies and execution. Analyze procurement data and market insights to support decision-making, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure tendering processes are conducted in a compliant, transparent, and closed-loop manner.
