Volledige omschrijving
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is looking for professional support to strengthen their procurement team. This role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for executing procurement plans and translating internal needs into strategic, future-oriented purchasing solutions.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Draft administrative procurement documents including specifications, award reports, and publications in accordance with legislation. Conduct market consultations and explore innovative solutions while actively monitoring market developments. Manage the full evaluation process and define negotiation strategies to balance price, quality, and sustainability.
Oversee contract and supplier management by monitoring performance and expenditures within specific categories. Contribute to the professionalization of the department by optimizing processes and sharing expertise.
Requirements: 3+ years experience as a procurement professional focused on Public Procurement. 3+ years experience working with 3P software. You have proven experience independently drafting specifications, award reports, and public notices. You possess in-depth knowledge of Public Procurement Legislation. You bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent through professional experience. You’re proficient with MS Office tools. You possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to defend positions diplomatically.
You have experience in internal stakeholder management and building professional networks. You are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented. You are fluent in Dutch.
Nice to Haves: Experience within a healthcare or public sector environment. Experience with contract management and supplier follow-up.

Duration: 12 months.
Work regime: Full-time.
Location: Antwerp.
Working model: Hybrid (remote work possible after a 3-month onboarding period).
