Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented European Product Data Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and consistent product data across Europe. Your work will support seamless data flows from source to customer, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement within our product information systems.
Responsibilities: Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date throughout its lifecycle; Manage and oversee data integration and synchronization across multiple systems, adhering to global standards like GS1 GDSN; Maintain and optimize the Centralized Product Information Management (PIM) system for internal and external stakeholders; Ensure compliance of product data with relevant regulations and standards; Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and availability; Regularly audit data quality and lead cleaning initiatives to improve accuracy; Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance data management; Oversee master data creation and upkeep, ensuring adherence to data standards; Track innovations in data management to foster continuous advancement within the team; Collaborate across departments to meet evolving data needs and support business growth; Lead change management initiatives related to data process enhancements.
Requirements: Proficiency in English; Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; Experience with data integration and synchronization across systems; Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems; Understanding of data governance principles and practices; Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders; Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization; Skilled in stakeholder management and change implementation; Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
