Product owner Identity & Access management.
Responsibilities: take up Product Ownership within the IAM domain and further define and develop solutions around identity, authentication and access management. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into concrete features, user stories and acceptance criteria. Safeguard the scope, timing and quality of deliveries in close collaboration with the development team. Align with IT and business stakeholders across the organization and bring different priorities together.
Follow up the full lifecycle of the applications in the portfolio, including notification and email communication applications. Co-prioritize technical improvements and technical debt. Monitor product health and relevant KPIs.
Requirements: at least 2 years of relevant experience in Identity & Access Management; solid functional and technical knowledge of identity, authentication and access management; experience with both Customer IAM (CIAM) for external users and Workforce IAM for internal employees; understanding of authentication and login flows; experience in a broad and complex environment; take ownership; fluent in Dutch.
Nice to have: experience as Product Owner or similar; experience with Ping Identity / ForgeRock; Microsoft Entra ID; product or application ownership in a larger IT environment; understanding of West-Vlaams.
Offer: start date ASAP, duration minimum 4 months, location Bruges (on site Tuesday and Thursday, remote on other days), contract perm or freelance.
