Omschrijving
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator - Semi-Automated Lines to join our client's team in Breda. This role involves operating and maintaining semi-automated production lines to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing. The ideal candidate will support ongoing production activities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements in a GMP-regulated setting. Responsibilities include operating and overseeing semi-automated production lines in line with SOPs and GMP standards, performing machine set-ups, changeovers, and line preparations, troubleshooting and resolving process disturbances, conducting minor mechanical and parameter adjustments, recording and documenting production data in SAP/MES systems, ensuring GMP documentation is completed correctly, reporting deviations, executing cleaning operations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma, facilitating shift handovers, and upholding a safe, compliant working environment. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years' experience in a production role, preferably in assembly and packaging, hands-on experience with automated and semi-automated production environments, fluency in English, comfort working within structured procedures in a regulated GMP setting, willingness to commute to Breda, and ability to work in shift systems.
