Role Description: As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production operations. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing production plans across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring material availability, production efficiency, and timely delivery to customers. The role involves close collaboration with Production, Supply Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Transport teams. Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and optimize production plans across multiple manufacturing facilities; Monitor production progress and make planning adjustments when required; Coordinate material flows, inventory, production orders, and shipments; Work closely with Production Managers, Supply Planners, Warehouse, and Transport Planners; Manage planning data using OMP and SAP/ERP systems; Monitor stock levels, material availability, and supplier deliveries; Communicate planning changes clearly to relevant stakeholders; Identify bottlenecks and develop practical, creative solutions; Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process. Requirements: Experience in Production Planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment; Strong understanding of planning processes and production flows; Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; OMP experience is a strong advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership and responsibility; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Fluent Dutch is required; English is preferred; Willingness to participate in on-call services outside regular working hours; Relevant HBO education is preferred, but relevant experience is more important.
