Experis is recruiting a Production Support Engineer – Autosys / Scheduling (AZ) for a client in the financial services industry. The role is part of the Operations Support team supporting critical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include managing and supporting Autosys job scheduling and workflows in a production environment, performing troubleshooting and incident resolution for job failures and system issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and vendors, implementing security policies and access controls for scheduling components, and supporting disaster recovery activities and system re-architecture initiatives.
Required: extensive experience with Autosys administration and support; proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation and integrations; knowledge of security policies including EEM, IAM, and role-based access controls; experience supporting large-scale, complex systems with over 1,000 applications; and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
