Production Technician

Role Description: As a Production Technician, you will operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment and ensure production activities are performed safely, efficiently, and according to quality and GMP requirements. You will also support troubleshooting, process improvement, and reliable production output.

Responsibilities: Run and oversee production machinery and manufacturing lines while following approved operating procedures. Record and review production and process data to maintain quality and performance. Perform changeovers, troubleshoot equipment/process issues, and support process optimization. Work with supervisors, line leads, and operators to achieve production targets. Maintain accurate records in SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems.

Identify and escalate deviations and atypical events and support their resolution. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects. Follow all GMP, safety, quality, and training requirements. Support shift handovers, manufacturing documentation, logistics, and administrative activities.

Requirements: Experience as a Process Operator, Technical Operator, Manufacturing Technician, or similar within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement; Yellow/Green Belt is an advantage. Professional experience with SAP, MES, or similar ERP/manufacturing systems. Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP or ISO-regulated environments. MBO technical/process education, preferably with VAPRO A/B or equivalent qualifications.

Experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and process optimization. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
