Eisen
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Omschrijving
Our client is a leading organisation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, operating a highly regulated production site in the Netherlands. The company is known for strong quality standards, structured ways of working, and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous learning on the shopfloor. For a regulated production site in Haarlem, we are looking for a Production Operator (GMP Environment). In this role, the operator supports daily production by executing assigned tasks safely, accurately, and fully in line with approved procedures. The position suits someone who enjoys structured work, takes ownership of doing things right the first time, and escalates issues quickly when something deviates from the standard. Responsibilities include executing assigned production activities according to approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards; preparing tasks, materials, and work areas as instructed; operating equipment as trained and following agreed working methods; applying GMP principles and ensuring correct, timely documentation of all own activities; recognising deviations, abnormalities, or safety concerns and escalating them in line with established escalation rules; working closely with colleagues within the production team and following structured handover and communication practices; and participating in training and on-the-job learning to build technical knowledge and practical skills. Requirements: MBO level education, preferably in a technical, production, or life-science related field; fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written); comfortable working in a structured, regulated production environment; accurate, detail-oriented working style and strong discipline in following procedures; team-oriented attitude with clear communication during handovers and daily collaboration; a temporary full-time contract (1 year); and willingness/ability to work 16/5 or 24/5 shifts (incl. nights). This role is based on-site in Haarlem and involves working in a structured shift environment. A pre-employment screening may be part of the process.
