For a large multinational client in Amsterdam, Sanders & Creemers is looking for a Freelance Reasonable Adjustment Program Manager.
Information: 40 hours per week; Amsterdam, hybrid working model; start date ASAP; duration 9+ months.
Skillset: 5–8+ years of relevant experience in HR, Employee Relations, Disability Inclusion, Accessibility and/or Reasonable Adjustments; demonstrable hands-on experience managing Reasonable Adjustments / Reasonable Accommodations; experience translating individual functional barriers into practical workplace solutions; experience managing sensitive or complex cases from initial request through to resolution; strong programme/process management skills, with the ability to design and implement a new operating model; strong organisational skills and attention to documentation, processes and follow-through.
