In this role, you coordinate initiatives related to BCBS 239, ESG, AI-ready data, and operational efficiency. Examples from practice: you bring together milestones, risks, and dependencies across bank-wide data management initiatives into one coherent approach; you identify obstacles at an early stage and orchestrate solutions together with COO, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders; you translate complex ambitions related to BCBS 239, ESG, and AI-ready data into concrete progress and decision-making. Top 3 responsibilities: coordinate bank-wide milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure data management initiatives are delivered consistently, on time, and in line with regulatory expectations; support senior leadership with structured insights, progress reporting, and decision-making materials on strategic data management topics; maintain cross-domain alignment, remove impediments, and translate the data management strategy into measurable results.

Requirements: a completed Master’s degree; at least 5 years of experience as a senior program manager or roadmap manager at executive level; at least 10 years of experience in data management within the financial services industry; experience managing complex stakeholder environments using program management tooling and reporting software; strong consultancy, communication, and storytelling skills; resilient, results-oriented, and effective in politically sensitive, high-profile environments.
