Volledige omschrijving
Satellit is a mobility services operator with operations across multiple countries that is transitioning toward a more digitally enabled organization to improve customer experience. To support this strategic change, the company is recruiting an experienced Program Manager to be stationed at its headquarters, with frequent travel to its operating markets. The ideal candidate has the following skills and competences: M&A programme management, organisational skills, analytical skills, written and verbal communication, programme management, listening skills, proactive problem-solving, change management, programme governance, and cross-country programme coordination.
Preferred qualifications include: a proven track record leading programmes linked to mergers and acquisitions, such as carve-outs, integrations and post-deal alignment activities; experience running large, multifaceted programmes spanning multiple countries and business units; familiarity with enterprise project and portfolio management systems and tools; ability to build detailed plans and schedules and to facilitate governance sessions with senior management; practical exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery approaches; and relevant programme or project management certification from a recognised body.
The Program Manager will own and drive complex, cross-border programmes from initiation through to completion, including deals-related separations, integration activities and subsequent alignment of processes and systems. They will design and enforce a clear programme framework and governance model covering planning, timelines, roles and responsibilities, reporting lines and escalation protocols. They will orchestrate multiple workstreams and coordinate dispersed teams so local constraints and realities are reconciled with overall programme milestones.
They will establish and run governance bodies, preparing concise materials to enable senior leaders to make timely decisions. They will identify potential risks and obstacles early and present feasible mitigation options rather than waiting for problems to surface. They will engage actively with country teams, business sponsors and delivery groups to capture input and adapt the programme approach to on-the-ground needs. They will monitor and present programme performance, including benefits realization, budget adherence, risk exposure and schedule progress, maintaining transparency for executive stakeholders.
They will promote and embed change-management practices to support adoption of new organisational structures, processes and ways of working across markets. Mandatory technologies include MS Teams, Budget, Clarity, MS Project, agile, Hybrid Delivery Method, Raci Matrix, Prince 2, Command, and Planview. Our target is to marshal experienced IT profiles to evolve as one in a common direction: boosting our clients' expertise through our top-rated employees and freelancers. By working at Satellit, sure, we'll pay you on a regular basis, but the benefits extend far beyond an electronic deposit in your bank account.
