Omschrijving
A global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving animal health through innovative medicines, vaccines, and technology. The Site Engineering department supports large-scale capital projects across manufacturing, R&D, and operational facilities. We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support the Site Engineering department and its capital projects. In this role, you will provide administrative and project support, manage SAP-related activities, coordinate project documentation, process purchase orders and invoices, and assist with departmental operations.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Site Engineering team and project managers. Act as Key User for SAP SRM and SAP PM. Create purchase orders, process invoices, and manage project administration. Coordinate onboarding, training administration, and project setup. Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and project documentation. Maintain departmental dashboards, intranet pages, and internal communications. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
Requirements: MBO degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of project administration experience in an engineering or project environment. Experience with SAP SRM, SAP PM, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong organizational, communication, and financial administration skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment. Good command of English; Dutch is highly preferred.
