Role Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Administrator to provide administrative, financial, and project support to the Site Engineering department and individual projects. The role will support project administration, SAP activities, invoicing, coordination, reporting, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and project support to the Site Engineering team. Manage orders, invoices, and notifications using SAP SRM and SAP PM. Support project documentation, meetings, onboarding, and training coordination. Maintain project administration, reports, and departmental systems. Support continuous improvement of administrative processes. Requirements: MBO-level education in Administration, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of project administration experience. Experience with SAP, preferably SAP SRM and SAP PM. Strong MS Office and Excel skills. Good financial and administrative understanding. Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluent in English; proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
