Project Lead Logistics | ASML

This is a vacancy for a Project Lead Logistics at ASML, via Randstad Professional, based in Veldhoven. The role involves driving complex supply chain transformations in a high-tech environment. As a Project Lead Logistics at ASML, you turn operational challenges into standardized, future-proof logistics solutions. You lead cross-functional logistics improvement initiatives within Operations from initiation to full handover, combining project leadership with engineering expertise to optimize warehouse performance and scale operational capabilities.

Main responsibilities include leading complex logistics improvement projects and coordinating cross-functional project teams; designing, implementing, and standardizing scalable logistics processes and warehouse systems; analyzing operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities and deliver measurable results; applying Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement; and supporting the deployment and optimization of SAP EWM and warehouse automation solutions, including ASRS.

Requirements: a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration; at least 5 years of experience as a Project Lead within a logistics or warehouse environment; proven experience as a Logistics Engineer designing and implementing warehouse processes; a recognized project management certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or PRINCE2) and the ability to obtain a Certificate of No Objection (VGB).

Competencies include strategic leadership and decisive problem-solving skills under operational pressure, advanced stakeholder management, strong analytical mindset focused on process optimization, and proactive ownership and change leadership.
