Project Leader – Data Initiatives

Our client is looking for a Project Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around shared objectives. This role focuses on turning strategic ambitions into tangible results through effective governance and pragmatic coordination.

Responsibilities: Translate strategic objectives into concrete results by fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse teams. Structure and coordinate initiatives by managing priorities, capacity, timelines, and dependencies. Establish robust governance and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate risks and facilitate decision-making. Prepare and lead high-level meetings including SteerCo, Management Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews. Ensure the achievement of expected outcomes by providing a clear view of progress and following up on decisions.

Create conditions for engagement and synergy across various organizational boundaries.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives. Possess strong coordination and stakeholder management skills within complex environments. You bring the ability to turn abstract ideas into actionable plans and deliver tangible results. You're an effective communicator capable of creating natural synergies and working with diplomacy. You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves: Experience working specifically within a Data department or on data-driven projects. Fluent in Dutch and French.
