Project Management Officer BPI

ASML is a leading provider of advanced lithography systems used in the production of semiconductors. The Business Performance Improvement (BPI) sector drives cross-company improvement initiatives. To strengthen the ENO-Hub initiative team, we are looking for an experienced Program Management Officer (PMO). In this assignment, you will support the delivery of a complex, cross-sector program involving a broad stakeholder landscape across engineering, operations, and business functions.

You will help create transparency, drive effective governance, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful execution of program and project objectives and milestones.

Role and responsibilities: The BPI Program Management Officer is responsible for supporting cross-ASML multidisciplinary project & program execution by: pro-actively supporting the BPI Program Management team, driving progress via the BPI Key-Decision (KD) Process, providing support in structuring new strategic initiatives into program roadmaps, setting up and facilitating meetings, workshops and team-sessions, taking the lead in analyzing resource management, financial management, tracking & reporting, risk & issue management, scheduling & scoping, creating what is needed, actively looking for improvement opportunities, driving effective decision making, driving effective communication and escalations, providing input during quarterly portfolio re-balancing, structuring and securing project management documents, contributing to competence build-up, and participating in PMO initiatives.

Wat breng jij: Education and experience: Bachelor or Master degree, preferably Business Engineering or (Technical) Business Administration, Business Management, or other relevant field; Certified in Prince2, IPMA-D, IPMA PMO, PM-Bok, MoP or similar; Certified in Lean Six Sigma green/black belt or Agile methodology preferred; Minimum of 5 years working experience as a hands-on PMO officer for complex programs and projects or as a Project Manager; Expert knowledge in program/project management, P3M, resource management, process management in a high-tech environment.
