Project Manager

Randstad, as the EMEA Johnson & Johnson talent acquisition partner, is responsible for finding and contracting talent for the contingent roles at Johnson & Johnson. The role is for a Project Manager (C&Q Engineer / Project manager) located in Gent, Belgium. The contract will run until June 2027, working 40 hours per week.

The role supports the C&Q group in providing documented evidence that all equipment and utilities used in/by/for JSC are qualified and remain in a state of control. Responsibilities include coordinating qualification activities, being responsible for technical content of Equipment Qualification files, acting as Technical Owner within JSC CAR-T Organisation, providing business support, making detailed assessments, passing on requests, taking part in core team/planning meetings, keeping status of projects, asking for support, entering assessments in Trackwise, communicating with departments, supporting evaluation of project issues, ensuring qualification activities are performed qualitatively and timely, reviewing and approving qualification documents, working with QA qualification team, reviewing executed qualification tests, initiating and following up QI's and corrections in Trackwise, owning and managing C&Q processes, contributing to improvement projects, supporting inspections, assisting in trainings, supporting and being backup to other C&Q SME's, ensuring handover, reporting activities in JnJ timesheet, acting compliant with GMP requirements, striving for high quality files, identifying quality catches and Kaizen opportunities, striving to complete mandatory trainings, serving as process owner, and giving feedback.

To succeed, one must maintain current knowledge of international regulations, guidelines and industry practices related to system (process equipment) qualification, identify gaps in procedures, and support training to new team members.
