Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU) to oversee a major investment project at their Nuenen site. The role involves leading the CSU activities for new equipment installations, including a UHT system, homogeniser, and aseptic storage tank, ensuring the project meets quality, validation, and timeline standards for successful operational startup. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall CSU strategy and detailed plan. Lead the CSU phase from mechanical completion through to first commercial production. Act as the main point of contact for all CSU stakeholders, coordinating between project teams, site operations, suppliers, quality assurance, and the customer. Support and oversee qualification and validation activities, ensuring compliance with project and customer specifications. Incorporate product acceptance criteria and customer-specific requirements into the start-up process. Identify potential risks, challenge assumptions, and establish practical timelines with clear milestones. Maintain open communication with the customer regarding project progress, risks, and timeline adjustments. Review project planning and develop realistic, achievable schedules to meet critical deadlines. Requirements: Proven experience as a CSU Manager in large-scale food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or process industry projects. Strong knowledge of commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up methodologies. Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including customer interface.
