Project Manager – Critical Entities Resilience (CER)

Our client, a key organization in the infrastructure and environmental management sector, is seeking a professional to lead their resilience compliance efforts. This role involves designing and coordinating the implementation of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) framework to ensure the continuity of essential services.

Responsibilities: Design and coordinate the full implementation trajectory of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) legislation; Ensure the organization meets all legal obligations regarding the resilience of critical entities; Implement organizational, technical, and operational measures to safeguard service continuity; Coordinate risk management, business continuity, and crisis management processes within the project; Connect and lead multidisciplinary teams to align on compliance and governance objectives; Follow up on legislative and organizational requirements to ensure demonstrable compliance.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or Business Continuity; Expert knowledge in Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM); Strong understanding of Compliance and Governance processes; Affinity with infrastructure and operational security processes; Analytically strong and risk-oriented with excellent coordination skills; Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; Native or bilingual in Dutch.

Nice to haves: Experience with organization-wide change projects; Knowledge of English.
