Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

- Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, allocate resources, and ensure resource availability and allocation.

- Budget Management: Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs, and manage project budgets.

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create contingency plans.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Requirements:

- 7 Years experience as in a similar role as Project/Program Manager.

- Previous experience with budgeting, planning and negotiating.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and solid problem-solving abilities.

- Project management experience in Trade Compliance is a nice to have, but not necessary.

- Non-Technical profile requirements: You have excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Methodology/Certification requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

- English: Fluent, Dutch: is an asset, French: nice to have.
