Omschrijving
Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for a project manager to strengthen their data and digitalization team. This professional oversees end-to-end ICT projects, ranging from data platform modernizations to the implementation of new digital solutions within a complex organizational landscape.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans while monitoring scope, timing, budget, risks, and dependencies; coordinate collaboration between business stakeholders, internal ICT teams, and external vendors; facilitate decision-making processes and escalate critical issues to steering committees when necessary; provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and quality to program management; support the business in achieving strategic objectives through data-driven initiatives and process optimization; apply standardized project management methodologies to ensure professional and consistent delivery.
Requirements: 3+ years experience as a project manager in infrastructure or software development projects; proven track record in complex organizational environments and the public sector; professional experience in managing external vendors and integration partners; expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok; experienced with data tools including Cognos, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Purview or data governance; strong skills in management reporting and steering committee facilitation; proactive and solution-oriented; fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
