Inavise Tech is looking for a Project Manager for a long-term data project in the aerospace industry. Work conditions: hybrid, with preference for on-site working in Belgium. Requirements: a minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience; experience at large organisations either as an employee or freelancer; demonstrable experience in delivery of Data driven solutions (Big Data, Data Lake solutions etc.) would be an added value; air traffic domain experience (Flight, Flow, Routing, Capacity planning) would be considered an advantage; hands-on project management experience with modern tools and processes, including use of globally recognized standards such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile PM etc; certification would be an advantage; ability to interview and select right human resources to deliver the project; excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills; ability to identify and plan resources (both human resources and materials) required to deliver the project; desirable education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, General Management; ability to manage and coach stakeholders at the Programme level; and lead, manage and direct a multi-disciplinary project team; character skills – communication, strategic focus, analytical skills, problem solving, customer focus, ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment, professional conduct, emotional intelligence; language(s): English (fluent). Job description: assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; report on the project progress and escalate to the Programme Management Team when required; ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; identify the resources required to deliver the project and ensure their availability and allocation to the project; coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects; establish, maintain and manage the relationships with the Customer and other relevant stakeholders; identify, manage and report on the risks associated with the project to both internal and external stakeholders; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals; meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis; establish and promote Project Management best practices within the Programme, share knowledge with other colleagues and proactively identify improvement areas; perform any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.
