Project Manager ICT Infrastructure

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager IT Infrastructure to lead projects focused on implementing, adapting and deploying infrastructure and security solutions across IT and OT environments. The Digital Business Solutions department supports business operations through robust and evolving information systems. Within this department, the IT Infrastructure unit manages the evolution and operation of IT and OT infrastructure, including workplace services.

You will join the Infra Projects team, responsible for delivering transformation projects that strengthen security and modernise infrastructure.

Responsibilities: lead and coordinate all project activities, from initiation through operational handover; identify stakeholders and coordinate their involvement throughout the project; define project scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets; identify and manage project risks and issues; assess change requests, analyse their impact and implement appropriate actions; ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams and affected stakeholders to support continuity in business-as-usual operations.

Required experience and skills: at least 10 years of experience as an ICT Project Manager; proven experience managing infrastructure projects involving cloud migration and/or IT security technologies and controls; experience managing IT infrastructure projects covering at least four of the following domains — Compute & Storage, Network, Data Centre, Virtualisation, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, Telephony Infrastructure; proven knowledge of security infrastructure technologies, controls and best practices; experience applying Service Management best practices; strong command of project management techniques and tools, including risk and issue management.

Nice to have: experience managing RFI/RFP processes and identifying external partners; experience with ATRIAS; previous experience working for a Distribution Network Operator; ITIL certification, minimum V3; project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

Languages: fluent in English; fluent in French or Dutch, with at least B1-level passive knowledge of the other language.
