Omschrijving
Provide comprehensive project coordination and control support, ensuring plans, costs, resources, risks, documentation, site visits, reporting, and governance activities remain accurate, current, and properly managed. Principal duties include maintaining the master project plan and detailed schedules, gathering weekly progress updates, flagging delays and critical-path risks, producing look-ahead schedules, Gantt charts, milestone trackers, dashboards and board-level status reports, supporting re-planning and baseline revisions, owning the RAID log, establishing document-management standards, tracking expenditure and resource allocation, coordinating NATO site access for audit teams, maintaining site-visit schedules, organising meetings and governance calendars, and serving as first point of contact for project administration. Required technical capabilities include strong Microsoft Project and ServiceNow scheduling, advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, cost tracking, resource modelling), SharePoint, Teams, Word and PowerPoint, dashboard creation with RAG status and exception reporting, and familiarity with project-management information systems or portfolio-management tools. Required qualities include exceptional accuracy, strong organisation, clear written reporting, proactive self-directed style, diplomatic persistence, confidence with senior governance boards, calmness under pressure, discretion with sensitive information, flexibility, and willingness to challenge process failures. Security clearance: NATO Secret. Working model is hybrid, approximately 40% on-site, with travel around four trips per month to other NATO locations in Belgium. Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
