Are you ready to bridge the gap between innovative concepts, technology, and risk management? As a Business Validation Specialist within the Accelerating Profitable Transitions (APT) domain, you play a pivotal role in validating and shaping new business opportunities globally. In this role, you drive early-stage experimentation and transform strategic concepts into viable, structured business initiatives. You work closely with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across international time zones to build solid business cases and compliance frameworks. Your responsibilities include: supporting the exploration, research, and concept validation of new products and services within the APT domain; assessing solution options, evaluating process impact, risk profiles, and operational dependencies; developing comprehensive financial business cases to validate financial viability; structuring documentation for Risk, Privacy, Security, and Compliance tailored to the validation phase; and formulating clear requirements, process flows, and handover packages for realization teams. You are successful when you hold a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or new business development, currently reside in the Netherlands, and are fluent in English with good command of the Dutch language. Competencies include strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, excellent advisory and communication abilities, a pragmatic, result-oriented and precise working method, a collaborative mindset, and high flexibility to align across global time zones. As a professional at Randstad Professional you receive a transparent salary, with a fixed monthly salary between €4.700 and €5.300 gross per month based on 36 hours, an individual choice budget (IKB) of 10.66%, 25 vacation days with option to buy 6 extra days, flexible holidays, pension from day 1, travel allowance, a budget of €750 net for your home office setup, an internet allowance of €20 net per month, a Choose Your Own Phone-regeling, bonus schemes, access to over 3000 training courses, and a sabbatical option once every 3 years.
